My yoga retreats are suitable for everyone from beginners to those with experience of yoga as every pose and sequence can be adapted to suit the individual. With yoga you simply work at your own pace and enjoy what you can do without worrying about what you can't! You will have the opportunity to develop your practice during a varied morning session. We will combine some dynamic flowing yoga designed to build flexibility, stamina and strength. The morning class will be followed by lunch and the opportunity for the group to take a walk in the scenic surroundings of Latimer Park Farm.
After our country ramble, the afternoon class will be more restorative and focused on relaxation. It will comprise yoga gently, breathing techniques and deep, guided relaxation known as yoga nidra. Your will get to know some lovely people, enjoy some beautiful scenery and should return home feeling as though you have been on holiday.
We really do try to make the retreats affordable to as many people as possible.
£60 includes all drinks, snacks and a delicious freshly prepared lunch and homemade cakes!

When booking please reference with your contact information in order to receive confirmation of your booking and travel details. Anyone who is travelling from London without their own car has been able to share lifts with other participants who I can put you in touch with nearer the time of the yoga day. Alternatively it is very easy to get to Chalfont & Latimer station on the Metropolitan Line from Bakers Street or The Chiltern Line from Marylebone. From the nearest tube it is a short cab ride or we can arrange to collect you - some people have even been known to bring their bike! Those travelling by car are welcome to use the car park adjacent to The Old Dairy building.
